Job summary

Ortus PSR Ltd in Southampton is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to service an established client bank and conduct regular reviews. You will build long-term relationships and advise new clients introduced through the firm, with administration and paraplanning support to focus on quality advice.

The role emphasizes client outcomes and professional standards over sales targets, with a predominantly office-based pattern and some flexible remote work depending on client appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Chartered status advantageous but not essential.
• Experience servicing and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a smaller team.

Responsibilities

• Servicing an established portfolio of clients and conducting annual reviews.
