Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent and CF30 status.
• Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
• Client-first approach with polished, articulate manner.
• Comfortable managing relationships with high-value clients.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the inherited client bank and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ circumstances and goals.
• Inform clients of product, legislative and market changes affecting pensions and investments.
• Grow the bank through referrals and lead-generation programs.
• Meet clients face to face or virtually; run client events when appropriate.
• Follow a structured advice process and maintain accurate management information.
