Fram is working with an established independent financial planning firm that is looking to engage with an experienced Financial Adviser to join its Somerset team. The role is focused on looking after an existing client base, conducting reviews and delivering high-quality financial planning advice, predominantly through Teams and telephone appointments. The role offers hybrid working.
The position involves managing ongoing client relationships, reviewing financial circumstances and providing advice across pensions, investments, trusts, inheritance tax and wider financial planning. There is a strong emphasis on client service, with responsibility for ensuring reviews are completed efficiently, recommendations are appropriate and clients continue to receive a high standard of advice.
The firm has a collaborative working environment and makes good use of technology across its advice process, including cashflow modelling, research systems and CRM platforms. Although the role is primarily focused on servicing existing clients, there is an opportunity to develop new relationships through professional connections and referrals.
This may appeal to an experienced Financial Adviser who enjoys client contact and prefers a role centred on advice delivery rather than extensive travel or new business generation. Applicants should have at least three years' experience providing independent financial advice and hold a minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. Progress towards Chartered status would be welcomed.
Strong technical knowledge of pensions, trusts and inheritance tax planning will be important, together with excellent communication skills. The firm is looking for someone who is proactive, well organised and comfortable taking ownership of client relationships.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
