Job summary

RGH-Global Ltd is recruiting a Financial Adviser in Bournemouth to join an established wealth management practice. The role focuses on servicing an existing client portfolio with strong support, not building a book from scratch.

You'll provide high-quality financial planning and ongoing advice, with a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive package including a bonus. A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is required, with post-qualification client advice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Holds Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Experience in post-qualification client advice preferred.
• Excellent client relationship and service mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver high-quality compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established portfolio and provide ongoing financial planning advice.
• Lead annual reviews and deliver proactive financial planning services.
• Identify suitable new advice opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Produce high-quality advice and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and advisers to ensure seamless client experience.
• Ensure reviews and service commitments are delivered on time.
