Bond Williams Professional Recruitment is seeking a Financial Client Servicing Adviser for an established financial planning business in Bournemouth. You will manage an existing client portfolio and conduct regular reviews, delivering ongoing financial advice and building trusted relationships with clients.

We’re looking for a Financial Client Servicing Adviser to join an established financial planning business in Bournemouth.

The Role

• Prepare suitability reports and maintain compliant client records.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Ideally achieved CAS (Competent Adviser Status), although newly qualified advisers working towards CAS will be considered.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, client-focused approach.
• Access to a car for client visits across Dorset.

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000–£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• 10% annual bonus, subject to performance criteria.
• Additional incentives on new business written.
• Three days per week in the office, ideally Monday, Thursday and Friday.
