Job summary

Wise in London is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager for the Finance Product team to build scalable internal financial systems and enable instant, borderless money.

You will collaborate with finance, product and engineering to ensure compliant financials across entities worldwide, plan projects, document requirements, and lead a team of implementation managers, engineers, analysts and operations specialists.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with ERP systems and financial integrations.
• Experience integrating internal and third-party systems for accurate financial data.
• Strong communication with engineers and finance teams.
• End-to-end project management of system integrations.
• LEAN principles applied to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand the why and how of Wise finance integrations and communicate across stakeholders.
• Plan with a team of implementation managers, engineers, analysts and operations specialists.
• Produce clear documentation including requirements, project plans, resources and testing.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Reporting and FP&A to ensure compliant financials.
• Enable timely, accurate, and scalable financial decision-making across Wise.
