Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Business Systems or IT Finance Applications.
• Senior management experience with change management & stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in an international technology scale-up.
• NetSuite ERP experience with optimisation, automation and O2C/P2P/R2R.
• Finance background and collaboration with finance, tax and treasury teams.

Title Senior Finance System Transformation Manager

Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the office

Our client a large-scale software company is seeking a new Senior Finance System Transformation Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be creating and leading the strategic road map for their global finance systems, working on automation and there AI strategy and plan.

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in Business Systems or IT Finance Applications, including in a Senior Management role
• Strong business process and commercial understanding to translate business growth strategy into Enterprise Systems strategy and drive delivery at all levels of the organisation
• Prior experience in an international technology scale-up business
• Change Management and Stakeholder engagement skills – not afraid to get hands-on to win the hearts and minds of your team and End-Users across the business
• NetSuite ERP experience and a proven track record of optimisation, automation and getting the most out of systems (O2C, P2P, R2R)
• Team leadership and management experience is necessary
• A finance background or understanding is vital as you will be working with wider finance, tax and treasury teams.
