Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Financial Controls professional to join the second line of defence and shape our controls framework. You will lead RACMs, ITGCs, and control testing, while partnering with finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Controls, you will coordinate external audit activity, support risk and reporting processes, and deliver training and reports to committees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in finance controls or assurance.
• Experience in second line, Internal Audit, or other assurance roles.
• In-depth knowledge of RACMs and controls testing concepts (walkthroughs, sampling, test types).
• ITGC knowledge for finance applications and multinational entities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor the Group's Financial Controls environment, including RACMs and ITGC.
• Business partnering with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Create and maintain RACMs and manage Self-Assurance/Certification process.
• Coordinate and support evidence for external auditors (business process and ITGC).
• Support the Finance Risk Register and Fraud Risk inputs.
