Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a hands-on Finance Controls professional to shape and maintain the Group's Financial Controls framework. You will operate in the second line, balancing execution with governance, and partner with both finance and non-finance stakeholders to strengthen control environments.

You will lead RACMs design, testing, and certification, coordinate with external auditors, and contribute to control training and committee papers, leveraging your deep understanding of controls and risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in second line/ assurance roles.
• Demonstrable RACMs knowledge and controls testing.
• Working knowledge of ITGC and related IT controls.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, including senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor the Group's Financial Controls environment (RACMs, ITGC).
• Partner with finance and non-finance to apply the Financial Controls methodology.
• Coordinate evidence for external audits and manage the risk register inputs.
