Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a high-visibility Senior Finance Manager to embed within the Executive team, acting as a strategic financial partner to the CEO, Legal and Business Integrity, People, and Reward. You will own Group Operations FP&A, lead monthly reporting, budgets, and rolling outlooks, and challenge cost initiatives while optimising cash flow.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in accounting or a finance business partnering role.
Excellent relationships with senior finance and/or non-finance stakeholders, including Exec level.
Strong budgeting and forecasting, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Group Operations as a trusted finance business partner.
Build relationships with Deputy CEO, Chief People Officer, General Counsel and Head of Reward.
Translate business strategy into financial plans through budgets and Outlooks.
Provide strategic financial support, identifying risks with mitigations and evaluating cost initiatives.
Monitor monthly spend against budget to support positive cash flow and flag risks/opportunities.
Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve data quality across Group Ops.
