McLaren Racing in Woking is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner - Commercial to lead accurate financial planning and provide decision support for revenue-driven areas. You will partner with licensing, business development and marketing, supporting in-year performance and pipeline potential.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel and IT skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Workday and Power BI experience is desirable.
• Ability to nurture and develop junior team members.

• Prepare budgets and forecasts and maintain long-term forecasts.
• Partner with licensing, business development and marketing to support agile decisions.
• Own delivery of Commercial Finance monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Review the Commercial Business Unit month-end close process for accuracy.
• Maintain forecasting and budgeting templates and robust budgetary controls.
• Develop internal Workday and Power BI reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across Finance.
