Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IFRS and statutory reporting within a large listed environment.
• Ability to manage subsidiary statutory accounts across multiple entities.
• Demonstrated experience in sustainability or non-financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of the Group Annual Report and interim statements.
• Own the non-financial reporting agenda, including sustainability metrics.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and support Audit Committee reporting.
• Lead and develop a small high-performing team.
