Job summary

The CFO HQ in Inverness is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and financial control across a multi-entity portfolio. Qualifications

• Essential ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional accountancy qualification.
• Significant finance management experience in a multi-entity group.
• Strong capability in management reporting, consolidation and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting and consolidation across the portfolio.
• Oversee management accounts and reporting packs for Exec and Board.
• Analyse performance versus budget and forecast; flag risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts and longer-term plans.
• Maintain strong balance sheet control and intercompany accounting.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting quality and efficiency.
• Support acquisitions and integration with group reporting alignment.
• Partner with business leaders to provide commercial financial insight.
