Job summary

The CFO HQ in Hounslow is seeking a technically strong ACA-qualified Financial Reporting Manager to lead group reporting across multi-entity entities. You will own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, coordinate consolidation, and manage both statutory reporting and audits.

You will strengthen controls, drive process improvements, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful financial analysis.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified (practice-trained preferred).
• Extensive experience in group financial reporting and multi-entity consolidations.
• Strong IFRS and statutory reporting knowledge.
• Experience managing external audits and auditor relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reporting.
• Manage consolidated accounts across multiple entities.
• Own year-end and interim audit processes, liaising with external auditors.
• Review and maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems and controls.
• Partner with senior finance and operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and analysis.
• Assist with finance transformation and system enhancement projects where required.
• Lead and develop members of the financial reporting team.
