Job summary

• ACA / ACCA qualification required.
• Experience in senior finance roles, ideally in hospitality or multi-site businesses.
• Strong technical accounting, financial control and cash flow forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading management accounts, month-end and year-end reporting.
• Managing cash flow, forecasting and working capital.
• Leading and developing a small finance team of three.
• Partnering with Operations to improve site performance, margins and profitability.
• Providing commercial analysis to support pricing and growth.
• Driving improvements across financial processes, controls and reporting.
