We're looking for an ambitious, motivated and inquisitive finance partner to join our highly valued operational finance team. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be pivotal in driving the business towards achieving its long-term objectives by partnering with our commercial teams.

This fixed term contract position is to start in September 2025 and is a hybrid working role. Our finance team meet weekly in our Leeds (LS19 6BA) office for collaborative meetings.
What you'll do
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, we will be looking for you to lead, mentor and develop a team of Management Accountants. You will manage the production of monthly accounts and assess commercial opportunities from quotes to contract.
Commercially focussed, you will work effectively at a senior management level, with both finance and non-financial stakeholders. We would look to you as Senior Finance Business Partner, to have ownership of rolling sales forecasts for business units, identifying risks and opportunities with suggested actions and analysis. With ownership of the forecasts you will effectively communicate and partner to non-financial stakeholders providing support across the department.
