Senior Finance Business Partner

Location: Norwich or London (50% hybrid working)

Full-time, flexible options available

Salary: circa £65,000 (Norwich) - circa £75,000 (London)

You may be an experienced finance professional or a qualified accountant with a background in business or economics. If you are confident influencing senior stakeholders, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to shape performance management across two major entities, this role is for you.

About the job:

This role focuses on improving performance across the end-to-end category. You will collaborate with Finance, Claims, and Pricing/Underwriting teams to understand performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. You will design and implement a performance rhythm aligned with Aviva’s ways of working, prioritize initiatives, and shape our future performance framework. It’s a strategic role with significant impact—helping us serve customers today and plan for tomorrow.
