Location: Norwich or London based (50% hybrid working)
Full-time, flexible options available
Salary: circa £65,000 (Norwich) - circa £75,000 (London)
This is a great job for someone who has a strong commercial mindset and thrives on turning insight into action. You might be an experienced finance professional or a qualified accountant with a background in business or economics. If you’re confident influencing at senior levels, love solving complex problems, and want to shape how we manage performance across two major entities, this role is for you.
Please note that relevant experience in the insurance industry is essential to be successful in this role.
A bit about the job:
This role leads on improving performance across the E2E category performance. You’ll work across Finance, Claims, and pricing/underwriting to understand how performance is tracked and how we can improve it. You’ll design and embed a performance rhythm that aligns with Aviva’s ways of working. You’ll also help prioritise initiatives and shape the future of our performance framework. It’s a strategic role with real impact – helping us deliver for customers today and plan for tomorrow.
