Senior Finance Business Partner

Your Impact:

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in strategic financial decision-making, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless operations. This role emphasizes influence, innovation, and leadership beyond just numbers.

***Offered as hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 from home! Package up to £60k plus bonus and benefits.***

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and report on income/expenditure, providing updated forecasts
• Conduct cash flow analysis across projects and funds, including capital call input
• Assist with fund quarter-end reporting
• Manage debt reporting compliance and liaise with external parties (lenders, lawyers, administrators)
• Oversee SPV accounting, including financial statements and management accounts
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, Corporation Tax, CIS, capital allowances) and manage Companies House filings
• Oversee audit processes
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks and property managers
• Partner with the commercial team as the main point of contact
• Line manage junior management accountants

What You Bring:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification or working towards it
• Experience managing multi-entity financial operations
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Experience coaching and managing junior staff
