This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within the Property Finance team, supporting a new property developments joint venture and overseeing management accounting for Property Sales & Developments.
The Senior Finance Business Partner is a vital role within the Property finance team. This position offers a chance to shape finance support for the new venture and manage financial operations related to property sales and developments.
You will consolidate and review financial results and forecasts, provide technical advice, ensure compliance with accounting standards, oversee accounts and analyses, and prepare business plans and budgets. You will also evaluate cost and income drivers, influence stakeholders, manage budgets, champion cost-saving initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders on strategic opportunities.
