Senior Finance Business Partner, Hatfield

80,000 - 85,000 + generous benefits package and bonus
Hybrid Working (3 days in the office)

Our client, a well-known and highly respected brand, is seeking a talented and driven finance professional for the role of Senior Finance Business Partner. This opportunity has arisen due to internal movements and succession planning, offering a chance to showcase creative flair and play a pivotal role within a dynamic, leading commercial enterprise.

Applicants must demonstrate solid experience in business partnering with large corporate entities, facilitating sound decision-making, and understanding real-time performance. Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing cost estimates for business cases to support investment decisions, pricing, and customer commitments.
2. Leading process improvement initiatives and developing procedures for their implementation.
3. Identifying and realizing cost efficiencies by working with product and resource planning to develop roadmaps and KPIs linking operational performance to cost drivers.
4. Liaising with Financial Control to ensure proper accounting treatment of costs in business cases.
5. Partnering with Procurement to inform purchasing strategies, secure resources, and drive efficiencies.
6. Collaborating across functions and with various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsive to fast turnaround analysis needs, balancing speed and accuracy, and questioning assumptions constructively. Advanced spreadsheet skills are essential.
