Senior Finance Business Partner

ISS Facility Services is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead a team of Finance Business Partners, providing comprehensive financial and commercial management for a complex portfolio of contracts.

Job Description

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, transforming financial and non-financial data into insights that influence decision-making to enhance financial performance.

You will be responsible for reporting on contractual and financial matters to both ISS and the client team, managing end-to-end financial processes for client contracts.

We seek a driven, motivated professional with extensive experience in stakeholder management, both internally and externally, and a natural curiosity and commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identifying, assessing, and managing financial and commercial risks
2. Building and maintaining professional relationships with senior client representatives, promoting ISS services and understanding client needs
3. Providing financial support to commercial decision-making through strong relationships with senior managers and stakeholders
4. Challenging assumptions, influencing decisions, and recommending efficiencies to sustain growth
5. Demonstrating thought leadership with alternative recommendations
6. Ensuring adherence to customer contract governance, including reporting, reconciliations, and change management
7. Collaborating with Key Account Directors/Portfolio Directors to develop challenging budgets and forecasts and identify remedial actions
8. Driving process improvements in working capital management through financial expertise and review of final outputs
