Job description

Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner (Supply Chain) for a growing FMCG brand, going through a period of growth and continuous improvement.

The Senior Finance Business Partner will take responsibility for the on-going development of supply chain finance and have the backing of senior leadership to drive change and deliver value add projects enhancing the bottom line.

The Role

Manage a team of three people, overseeing financial reporting for the Supply Chain and Logistics cost centre.

• Work closely with UK depot directors, challenging costs and driving efficiencies to enhance performance.
• Comparing actuals against budget and volume-flexed forecasts.
• Scenario modelling cost to serve and any operational changes and what that would mean to supply chain network.
• Support the budgeting and half-yearly forecasting process
• Assist the Logistics Director in contract negotiations, review and challenge commercial proposals, identifying risks and opportunities

This would suit a finance business partner / finance manager with significant supply chain finance experience, with the ability to lead, challenge and influence senior stakeholders across multi-site logistics.

You will ideally come from an FMCG organisation, having partnered supply chain & logistics senior leaders, with demonstrable experience of driving continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.

This is a largely site based role, with some flexibility for WFH, however it is a highly visible with a lot of stakeholder engagement on-site.
