Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions in Manchester seeks a Finance Senior Associate (4-7 PQE) to join its market-leading finance practice. You will handle a broad range of domestic and international finance transactions with a focus on Asset Based Lending, working alongside senior partners.

The role offers exposure to leveraged, corporate and real estate finance, with opportunities for client development and internal secondments.

Qualifications

Qualified in England & Wales or another recognised common law jurisdiction.
4-7 years' PQE (approx.) or equivalent experience.
Strong experience in banking and finance transactions.
Prior Asset Based Lending (ABL) experience or interest in developing an ABL practice.
Technically strong with drafting and negotiating finance documentation.
Experience managing transactions and supervising junior team members.
Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Enjoy working in a collaborative, high-performing team.
Interest in business development and networking activities.

Responsibilities

Advise lenders and borrowers on Asset Based Lending transactions.
Work on leveraged finance, corporate finance, real estate finance and general banking matters.
Draft and negotiate key finance documents: credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documentation.
Advise on cross-border transactions and coordinate with colleagues in multiple jurisdictions.
Support business development and build client relationships.
