Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst RTR to perform accounting processes for multiple sites, with hybrid work across Rugby. The role focuses on month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets and data-driven decision support.

You will partner with site ops, reporting teams and shared services, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and contributing to process improvements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong month-end accounting experience is essential.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in logistics or a related industry preferred.
• Experience using Oracle Cloud is preferred.
• Excellent time management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting processes including month-end, reconciliations and fixed assets for multiple sites.
• Engage with site ops, reporting teams and shared services to input/output data.
• Build deep business knowledge to support decision making.
• Maintain period-end and year-end closing schedules.
• Ensure accuracy of finance processes and timely reports.
• Support process improvements and change programmes.
• Communicate updates to the Reporting Manager on progress and issues.
• Manage individual workflow and meet deadlines.
