Job summary

Greencore in the United Kingdom is seeking a qualified accountant to provide financial analysis and insight to drive action across multiple sites. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, challenge cost drivers, and help improve profitability through robust financial reporting and decision support.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or studying towards a qualification.
• Finance experience in manufacturing, logistics or similar.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure weekly flash, weekly P&L, and month-end close are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop and communicate KPIs to monitor cost and margin drivers.
• Input into costings accurately and on schedule.
• Build cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support budgets and quarterly forecasts, identifying key drivers for decision making.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to inform commercial and operational performance.
• Monitor monthly reports and resolve queries promptly.
