Greencore Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with financial and operational teams, delivering high-quality insights that drive performance, support decision-making, and enhance profitability. You will analyse data, review trends, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen financial control and delivery.

Formación

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with significant finance partnering experience.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and ability to present insights clearly.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships across Operations and Finance to support performance delivery.
• Identify cost efficiency opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review P&L and tracker data, providing variance, trend and root-cause analysis.
• Support overhead reporting, reconciliations and cost centre performance reviews.
• Collaborate with FP&A to deliver meaningful reporting and forecasting inputs.
• Produce ad-hoc analysis to explain performance and guide actions.
• Lead forecasting inputs and planning cycles.
• Lead product costing reviews and standard costing processes.
• Support capital planning, investment appraisal and compliance activity.
