Calor Gas Ltd. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with operational leaders, deliver robust financial reporting and decision support, and provide meaningful insights for strategic decisions across the business.

The role combines analytical rigor with commercially focused partnership to drive performance. You'll work with senior stakeholders, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and help shape financial decisions that support Calor's growth and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Approximately two years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience building business cases, investment appraisals, and financial evaluations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to provide financial analysis, insight, and performance challenge.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll partner with business leaders to deliver robust financial reporting, analysis, and decision support. You'll be responsible for providing meaningful insights that enable stakeholders to make informed commercial decisions and achieve operational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with operational teams to provide financial analysis, insight, and performance challenge.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Developing and reviewing financial models, business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario analyses.

About You

We're looking for an analytical and commercially focused finance professional who can confidently influence stakeholders and translate complex financial information into meaningful business insight.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

• Experience working with financial systems and large datasets.
