IQ Fiber is seeking a Senior Sales & Events Advisor to lead a team of Direct Sales Advisors, driving awareness and consideration of IQ Fiber across assigned fiberhoods. This role blends individual sales production with leadership, requiring daily field presence and collaboration with sales, marketing, engineering and operations.

You will attend community events, build relationships with residents, and travel within territories using a company vehicle.

Formación

• Proven field sales experience, preferably in telecoms or related industry.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to drive team performance in a field setting.
• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing direct sales team to identify opportunities and acquire customers.
• Plan and execute field sales activities, blitz events, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Develop relationships with civic leaders, HOAs, and community influencers to build local momentum.
• Meet or exceed market penetration targets and sales performance goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth onboarding experience from sale to installation.
• Coach team members to maintain high activity levels and effective field execution.
