Aircall is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute the field marketing strategy in the UK&I region. They will be a key partner to our regional Sales Director to drive toward shared goals through the development and execution of a strategy that will ensure continuous brand support and pipeline. The role will ensure teams across marketing, and other key functions, are aligned to supporting marketing plans that accelerate the sales cycle and improve conversion to customers across the regions. We’re looking for a data-driven and results-oriented marketer who leads by example and fosters collaboration cross functionally.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, own, and execute the field marketing strategy for UK&I, focusing on growing and accelerating pipeline through diverse channels, including digital, content, web, webinars, on/offline events, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and customer/partner activations
  • Act as a trusted partner to regional sales leaders, ensuring alignment of strategy, processes, and shared goals across departments
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities
  • Educate and communicate with the local GTM team about upcoming and ongoing marketing initiatives, including global, regional, and local campaigns
  • Establish performance metrics and processes to track ROI and effectively measure the success of marketing initiatives
  • Conduct research to identify and evaluate regional growth opportunities.
  • Review and localise global campaigns content to ensure local impact
Qualifications:
  • 7 years or more of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS required
  • Deep expertise in the UK&I market, with a proven track record of marketing to SMBs and supporting global sales and marketing efforts
  • Strong background in developing fully integrated marketing strategies tailored to specific regional needs
  • Proficiency in Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, (our tech stack!) or similar tools
  • Exceptional project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly autonomous, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to think creatively and be resourceful in a start-up/scale-up environment
