Twilio Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region. The role leads regional event strategy and execution across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, collaborating with Sales Leadership to drive pipeline and revenue.

Based remotely in the UK, you will design and deliver targeted events, source speakers, manage venues, and coordinate with partners. A strong ABM mindset and fluent German are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of enterprise software/SaaS field marketing experience with proven pipeline impact.
• Deep familiarity with the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and local event ecosystems.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and strong English for cross-border communication.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to collaborate with Senior Sales Leadership and Enterprise AEs.
• Hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation tools to track ROI, attendance depth, and pipeline conversion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with ABM methodologies and account-level pipeline tracking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DACH FLMs and Account Executives to align event programs with regional revenue targets.
• Design hyper-focused event experiences (C‑level roundtables, founder dinners, workshops, roadshows).
• Lead end-to-end strategy, localization, speaker sourcing, venue management, and execution for regional events.
• Own regional presence at conferences and co-marketing events with partners.
• Ensure tailored event touchpoints are aligned with DACH business culture and compliance standards.
• Establish lead and attendee follow-up SLAs to convert engagement into pipeline.
• Develop post-event content and micro-campaigns to maintain momentum with enterprise accounts.
• Measure success with metrics like pipeline created/influenced and deal velocity.
• Manage regional field marketing budget and vendor relationships for ROI.
