Job summary

Spectro Cloud is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own end-to-end execution of global flagship events and public sector programs.

You will translate strategic direction into activation plans, manage budgets, and partner with sales, product marketing, and executives to drive measurable pipeline and ROI.

Travel 30–40% domestically and internationally, operate autonomously under pressure, and represent Spectro Cloud at the highest visibility moments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in tech
• Experience running large-scale events and managing budgets
• Ability to work independently under pressure and drive ROI

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of flagship events (KubeCon, re:Invent, large trade shows)
• Translate strategy into activation plans, timelines and checklists
• Lead booth design, staffing, messaging and onsite operations
• Troubleshoot issues onsite and escalate only for Director-level input
• Provide post-event ROI reporting and pipeline attribution
• Partner with sales, partnerships, product marketing and demand gen to hit event goals
