Job summary

GLF Schools is seeking a Senior Field IT Technician to provide IT support across a number of schools in the Banstead and Epsom area. You will work with the IT team across Surrey and Oxfordshire, delivering first and second-line support to a diverse user base.

The role is field-based with regular visits to schools in your region. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential; business mileage is reimbursed. 1–2 years in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar field IT role.
• Role requires regular travel to multiple schools within allocated region.
• Must be able to install, configure and deploy hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to schools.
• Visit schools regularly within the allocated region.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across systems.
• Install, configure and deploy IT hardware/software as needed.
