Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Field Account Executive to join our Northern Irish hospitality team in Belfast. You will build relationships with hospitality businesses, guide them through Lightspeed’s ecosystem, and drive sustainable growth from discovery to advocacy.

You will manage complex sales cycles, exceed monthly MRR targets, and maintain a rigorous Salesforce pipeline while representing the Lightspeed brand at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field or outbound sales with complex, solution-based deals.
• Deep hospitality industry understanding.
• Proven Salesforce-based pipeline management.
• Strong in nurturing high-LTV accounts.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of Belfast hospitality landscape.
• Shape territory sales plans using market insights.
• Manage complex sales cycles from discovery to contract and implementation.
• Outperform monthly targets through high-LTV account expansion.
• Guide clients from needs analysis through proposals and onboarding.
• Deliver presentations and live demos translating Lightspeed capabilities into business outcomes.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline with accurate workload updates.
• Lead outbound initiatives and participate in industry events.
