Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our field-based team serving clients across Kent. You will handle reactive maintenance, coordinate with Planners and Dispatch, and ensure work orders are completed within SLA.

You are not expected to be an expert on every system, but you must identify when specialist help is needed and communicate clearly. We value autonomous working in a demanding environment, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

A recognised Apprenticeship or Qualification in M&E Services/Maintenance.
F-Gas - Essential.
18th Edition – Desirable.
Gas Safe Certified – Desirable.
City & Guilds Test and Inspection – Desirable.
Plumbing qualifications - Desirable.
A full valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of call for reactive maintenance across our Kent sites, coordinating with Planners and Dispatch to complete work orders within SLAs.
Represent Arcus professionally, comply with dress code, and maintain the company vehicle in good condition.
