Job summary

Arcus FM is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our facilities management team across multi-site locations in South London and Kent. The hybrid role involves site visits and remote triage to maintain HVAC and hot water systems to high standards.

You will support the mobile field team, monitor systems, audit PPMs, and help develop engineers. A full UK driving license and health & safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC experience required.
• Awareness of BMS control systems.
• Full valid UK driving license.
• Experience in an M&E engineer role or similar.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic.
• Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• IOSH Working Safely qualification.
• 2391 Test & Inspect.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the mobile field team, remotely and on-site.
• Remote triage of HVAC systems.
• Proactively monitor HVAC systems and diagnose issues.
• Audit PPMs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and upskill the engineering team.
