Job summary

ARCA is seeking an experienced Senior FEA Engineer to support a fast-paced aircraft development programme. The role focuses on finite element modelling and structural analysis, delivering high-quality analysis and substantiation.

You will build, interrogate and modify complex FE models using NASTRAN and HyperMesh, perform static structural analyses, and develop substantiation and certification documentation for metallic and composite structures.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and modifying complex FE models using NASTRAN and HyperMesh.
• Aerospace structural analysis experience across metallic and/or composite structures.
• Experience producing stress substantiation and certification documentation.
• Able to work independently, solve complex engineering problems and deliver to a high technical standard.

Responsibilities

• Build, interrogate and modify complex FE models.
• Perform static structural analysis.
• Develop structural substantiation for metallic and composite aircraft structures.
• Produce stress reports and certification documentation.
• Work closely with Design and Stress teams to resolve structural challenges.
