Job summary

ARCA Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Senior Stress Engineer for a Bristol-based aerospace programme. You will lead delegated stress analysis across the airframe, ensuring structural integrity of primary structures.

Responsibilities include creating FEMs for primary/secondary structures, laminate analysis, and substantiation; conducting fatigue, fracture and vibration analysis under mission loads. You will collaborate with Design teams to resolve stress-driven issues and produce certification

Qualifications

• Experience performing FEM for primary/secondary structures.
• Experience with fatigue/ fracture analysis is a plus.
• Ability to produce clear certification documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and run FEM for primary/secondary structures.
• Carry out composite laminate analysis and substantiation.
• Perform fatigue, fracture and vibration analysis under mission loads.
