An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire. The firm is known for its excellent private family law work and supportive, collaborative culture.

The Role:

You will join a friendly and high-performing team, handling a broad caseload of private family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation

• Financial remedy cases (including high-net-worth matters)

• Private children law

• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

• Cohabitation disputes

• Domestic abuse injunctions

In addition to managing your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to support junior fee earners and contribute to the team’s ongoing growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx qualified)

• Strong background in private family law

• Ability to manage a complex and varied caseload independently

• Strong communication and client care skills

• Ambitious and team-oriented
