Job Description:

Eclectic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Conveyancing to work for a fantastic firm working in South West London. The role would be hybrid on a full-time, permanent basis.

This position is a key strategic role where you would be required to drive business growth, ensure efficient case management and maintain growing client relationships. You would work closely with the Managing Partner to shape the future of the Conveyancing team.

Salary £55,000+

Typical duties would include:

• Leading and managing a team of 5 Conveyancing professionals ensuring the highest of standards of client service.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to refine strategic plans.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members.
• Represent the firm at industry events

The successful candidate:

• Extensive experience in residential conveyancing with a record of leading and managing a high performing team.
• Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with in-depth UK property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Business development skills with ability to maintain relationships
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
