The Role

You will manage a diverse caseload of privately funded family cases, supported by a friendly and dynamic team, and will also be responsible for actively generating new clients.

While the role focuses on your specialist areas, a broad knowledge of all aspects of contentious and non-contentious private Family matters is expected, including: Divorce, Financial Disputes, Children, Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements, Civil Partnerships, and Injunctions.

Requirements

• You will be a Senior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members is essential.
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable based on experience and contacts (a small following or the potential to generate work is essential).
• This role offers excellent prospects for progression to Partnership.
