The Role

You will handle a diverse caseload of privately funded family cases, supported by a friendly and dynamic team, and will be expected to actively generate new clients. The role involves working across all areas of contentious and non-contentious private Family matters, including:

• Divorce
• Financial Disputes
• Children
• Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements
• Civil Partnerships
• Injunctions

Given the firm's structure and regional growth, there are clear progression opportunities to Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Senior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members is essential.
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable based on experience and contacts (following not essential but advantageous).
• This role offers excellent prospects for progression to Partnership.
