Job summary

Entrust People Limited is seeking a Senior Facilities Project Engineer to lead major facilities and infrastructure projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment in Livingston. You will manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while collaborating with engineering, production and quality teams.

The successful candidate will hold an engineering degree and have substantial experience in facilities, projects, or capital

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in an Engineering discipline.
• Significant experience within Facilities, Projects or Capital Engineering.
• Background within regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Prepare and manage engineering documentation, SOPs and technical procedures
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, risk assessments and FMEA
• Develop KPIs to monitor facilities performance and equipment reliability
• Manage specialist contractors and oversee external works
• Work collaboratively across multiple departments to maintain a compliant manufacturing environment
