Quilter plc is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead vendor and property management across UK&I sites, based in Southampton. The role reports to the Head of Facilities Management and Health and Safety and ensures high standards, regulatory compliance, and excellent service to Quilter’s colleagues.

Level: 4 Department: Property & Security Location: Southampton, United Kingdom Contract Type: Permanent Regulated/Non-Regulated: Non-Regulated This role reports into the Head of Facilities Management and Health and Safety within the Security and Property team. This role, based in Southampton, will lead both vendor management and facility and property management functions, closely working with the Health & Safety team. Regularly acting as deputy to the Head of Facilities Management and Health and Safety, this role is responsible for developing and supporting a collaborative Workplace Services team, ensuring high standards and alignment with Quilter's values (see below) and business objectives. The Senior Facilities Manager oversees the delivery of facilities services across a portfolio of properties in UK&I, ensuring best practice, statutory compliance and excellent customer service. In addition, this role will regularly support capital projects and small-scale extra works.
