You will be able to translate business needs into clear project plans, manage dependencies, track budgets and risks, and keep stakeholders informed through concise, accurate reporting.

You will have an essential project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent, and ideally bring experience from a property, facilities, workplace or refurbishment environment. Just as important will be your ability to build strong relationships, challenge constructively, manage detail without losing sight of the wider objective, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard in a working environment.
