The Workplace Project Manager will play a key role in the successful delivery of Security & Property projects across Quilter, taking ownership of small to medium-sized projects and ensuring they are delivered safely, effectively and in line with agreed scope, budget, timelines, governance standards and stakeholder expectations. The role will also act as the internal Quilter lead and key point of contact for larger property, refurbishment and relocation projects where external project managers, cost consultants or specialist partners are appointed, ensuring internal requirements are clearly understood, decisions are progressed, risks are managed and outcomes remain aligned to business priorities.
You will be an organised, proactive and confident project professional who can bring structure, pace and clarity to delivery. You will be comfortable managing multiple small to medium-sized projects directly, while also acting as the internal lead and point of contact for larger property or refurbishment projects delivered through external project managers, cost consultants and specialist partners. You will be able to translate business needs into clear project plans, manage dependencies, track budgets and risks, and keep stakeholders informed through concise, accurate reporting. You will have an essential project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent, and ideally bring experience from a property, facilities, workplace or refurbishment environment. Just as important will be your ability to build strong relationships, challenge constructively, manage detail without losing sight of the wider objective, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard in a working environment.
