Senior Facilities Manager

As the Senior Facilities Manager, your role is pivotal in fulfilling ISS's vision of becoming the world's greatest service organisation.

In this role, you will encourage your team to deliver exceptional service that aligns with our clients' objectives, particularly within the client contract in London.

Here, you'll oversee all aspects of service delivery at the London HQ office, collaborating with ISS local teams, client FM partners, and our supply chain to ensure seamless FM operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for contract delivery, driving excellence in performance, compliance, conformance, and continuous improvement at the London HQ and Leatherhead office.
  • Lead with a partnership vision focused on delivering value to all client stakeholders, supporting and contributing to the organisation's strategic goals across its real estate platform.
  • Represent Facilities Delivery within the office, taking control and ownership of all facilities-related activities, acting as an agent of the client, and coordinating with ISS and third-party delivery partners to meet client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, performance metrics, KPIs, reporting, and shared objectives with the client team.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the Office Services function and the supply chain network.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Degree qualification.
  • NEBOSH Certificate.
  • BIFM qualification or significant industry experience.
  • Experience managing a large HQ building.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a large office environment.
  • Experience in project execution, risk management, and real estate activities.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles and senior stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of process and control within a commercial environment.
