We're looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of a prestigious London portfolio, working alongside a highly regarded Property & Asset Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with multi-site experience, who enjoys building relationships, driving operational excellence, and making a real impact across high-profile commercial assets.

What we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of FM compliance, health & safety and building operations.
• Experience managing contractors, procurement and service charge budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership.
• NEBOSH qualification (or willingness to work towards).
