IWFM is recruiting a Senior Facilities Manager for a high-end residential complex in London. The role focuses on leading facilities operations to deliver a premier living environment for residents, with a strong emphasis on compliance and service delivery.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, you will oversee maintenance, contractor performance, compliance checks, and budget coordination to support the Development Manager in maintaining a first-class estate in central London.

Qualifications

• Engineering background preferred.

• Lead and manage third-party M&E contractors ensuring performance and safety.
• Oversee statutory compliance records and test emergency systems.
• Conduct site and communal area inspections, manage stock, and monitor utilities/CCTV.
• Assist budget coordination, contract reviews, waste management, and admin tasks.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Operations: Support the Development Manager in overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance activity. Ensure a premier living environment for residents while upholding pristine estate presentation.
• Contractor Management: Lead and manage third–party contractors, including Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) suppliers, ensuring proper performance and safe working practices.
• Compliance & Health and Safety: Oversee statutory compliance records through internal software. Conduct routine testing on emergency lighting, fire alarms, smoke vents, and emergency lift lines.
• Day–to–day Management: Conduct frequent site and communal area inspections, manage stock control, facilitate utility meter readings, and monitor CCTV operations.
• Financial & Admin Support: Assist the Development Manager with budget coordination, contract reviews, lease compliance, and waste management systems.
