Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Service Delivery to join our team at our client campus inNottingham. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering best-in-class facilities management services, driving operational performance, leading high-performing teams, and building trusted client relationships.

This role will be a 14-month FTC with the opportunity to be retained by one of the UK's leading FM providers.

The Opportunity

As Head of Service Delivery, you will take overall responsibility for the operational delivery of integrated facilities management services across the account, ensuring contractual commitments, performance targets, and client expectations are consistently achieved and exceeded.
